1. Introduction
SDV ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AnotherGo mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our App across all user roles: Customer, Vendor (Business Owner), and Delivery Partner.
By downloading, installing, or using AnotherGo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location data: We collect your precise GPS location (latitude/longitude) to show nearby stores, calculate delivery distances, and provide location-based services. Location is accessed only while the App is in use.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for push notification delivery.
- Push notification tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver order updates and notifications.
- Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, and interaction patterns within the App (collected via Firebase Analytics).
2.3 Information from Third-Party Services
- Google Sign-In: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
- Apple Sign-In: If you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (which may be a private relay address if you choose to hide your email).
- Stripe: For payment processing and vendor payouts. Stripe collects and processes payment card details directly; we do not store your full card number. Vendor banking information is processed through Stripe Connect.
- Firebase: We use Firebase for authentication, push notifications, and app performance monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your user account
- Process and fulfill orders between customers, vendors, and delivery partners
- Process payments via Stripe and in-app purchases
- Show nearby stores and products based on your location
- Send push notifications for order status updates, delivery assignments, and promotional offers
- Enable QR code-based order verification between parties
- Manage vendor store verification and approval
- Process delivery partner document verification
- Calculate commissions, royalty points, and vendor payouts
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Improve our App features and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
With Other Users (as necessary for the service)
- Customers can see vendor store names, addresses, ratings, and product information.
- Vendors receive customer order details (name, delivery address) to fulfill orders.
- Delivery partners receive pickup and delivery addresses to complete deliveries.
With Third-Party Service Providers
- Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing and vendor payouts
- Google (Firebase) — Authentication, push notifications, analytics, and app performance
- Google Maps Platform — Map display, geocoding, and directions
- Apple — Sign-In with Apple authentication and in-app purchase processing
For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SDV, our users, or others.
5. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on secure servers hosted at another-go.com.
- Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage.
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
- All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
- Delivery partner identity documents are stored securely and used only for verification purposes.

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained until account deletion is requested.
- Order history: Retained for up to 3 years for legal and accounting purposes.
- Delivery partner documents: Retained for the duration of active partnership plus 1 year.
- Payment records: Retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
- Local device data: Authentication tokens and preferences are cleared upon logout or app uninstall.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this directly in the app (Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account) or via our online deletion request form.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
- Opt-out: Disable push notifications through your device settings.
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for location access through your device settings at any time.

9. Children's Privacy
AnotherGo is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States (where our service providers such as Google and Stripe operate). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Google Maps, Stripe dashboard, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
