Platform Overview

AnotherGo is an advanced ecosystem facilitating local trade through two specialized applications.

One Ecosystem, Two Apps

Customer App

Designed for discoverability. Real-time GPS location based store discovery, secure cart management, and multi-mode order tracking.

Vendor/Delivery App

A powerhouse for operators. Management tools for shop owners (inventory, orders) and logistics tools for delivery agents (task routing).

Security & QR Verification

We use a dual-token cryptographic system to eliminate fraudulent handovers and ensure "Last-Mile Proof".

1. Pickup Scan (Vendor Side)

When the delivery partner arrives at the store, they scan the Vendor's unique Pickup QR. This validates that the correct partner is claiming the order.

2. Delivery Scan (Customer Side)

Upon arrival at the customer's location, the partner scans the Customer App QR. This acts as a digital signature of receipt.

Note: Orders cannot be marked as "Delivered" without scanning the customer's QR code. This ensures 100% delivery accountability.

Customer: Discovery & Home Screen

Intelligent Listing Proximity

The Home Screen uses a sophisticated proximity algorithm:

  • GPS Anchoring: Your current location is the "North Star". Stores within a few kilometers are prioritized.
  • Dynamic Cards: Items show their distance (e.g., "1.2 km away") and estimated preparation time.
  • Surprise Bag Spotlight: Mystery bundles are featured separately to encourage circular economy and zero waste.

Search & Filtering

Users can drill down using:

  • Category Chips: Quick filter by Food, Groceries, or Essentials.
  • Keywords: Search for specific items or vendor names.

Customer: Cart & Multi-Step Checkout

Cart Logic

Our cart is designed for operational simplicity:

  • One Vendor Policy: To ensure delivery efficiency, a cart can only contain items from a single store at a time.
  • Live Availability: If a vendor updates their stock while you shop, the cart will notify you before checkout.

The 3-Step Checkout

1. Address Selection

Select from saved addresses or pin a new GPS location for the courier.

2. Payment Routing

Choose Online (Stripe) for instant prep or COD for cash flexibility.

3. Final Review

Add "Delivery Notes" (e.g., "Gate Code 1234") and confirm your order.

Customer: Account & Order Tracking

Real-time Tracking Interface

Once an order is placed, you enter the Tracking Screen:

StatusMeaning
PendingWaiting for vendor to acknowledge.
PreparingVendor is currently packing your items.
On the WayCourier has picked up and is navigating to you.
DeliveredOrder finalized via QR scan.

Profile Management

Update your persona: Change Profile Photo, Update Email/Name, or manage multiple Saved Locations for different "Home" and "Work" zones.

Vendor: Trust & Verification

The Verified Badge

Verified vendors gain customer trust and algorithm preference. To verify, provide:

  • Business Registration License
  • National ID of the Registered Owner
  • Exterior/Interior Store Photos

Vendor: Single Item Creation Guide

Screen-by-Screen Breakdown

Adding a new item requires these granular details:

  • Name & Desc: High-quality text to attract customers.
  • Pricing Grid: Base Price vs. Discounted Price.
  • Image Library: Upload up to 10 high-resolution photos.
  • Time Slots: Define "Pickup Windows" (e.g., 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM).
  • Availability Calendar: Set specific dates the item is active.
  • Surprise Bag Toggle: Mark items as "Secret Bundles".

Vendor: Bulk Inventory Sync

The Excel Pipeline

Ideal for vendors with 50+ items. Avoid manual entry:

1. Download: Get the official .xlsx template from the app.
2. Fill: Add items, prices, and quantities in the columns.
3. Upload: Select the file for background processing.
4. Publish: Review the imported "Drafts" and push live.

Vendor: Commission & Payouts

Economic Models

We offer two distinct ways to work with the platform:

Standard Plan

Variable %

  • Pay-as-you-sell
  • Standard visibility

Admin Proposals: If an admin proposes a special rate for a seasonal item, you will receive an in-app notification to "Accept" or "Decline" the new rate before it takes effect.

Vendor: Customer Preview Feature

"View as Customer" Guide

Ever wondered if your store photos look good? Use this feature:

1. Go to Customer Access in your Dashboard.
2. Generate a temporary "Customer Persona".
3. Tap Switch to Customer Account.
4. The app will log you into the user experience so you can browse your own store.

Vendor: The Fulfillment Loop

Internal Workflow

From notification to handover:

  • Claim: Vendor marks order as "Accepted".
  • Pack: UI changes to "Preparing". Partner notifications triggered.
  • Handover: Present is your QR code for the delivery agent to scan.

Delivery: Security & Onboarding

Identity Documents Requirement

To ensure platform safety, we require the following clear photos:

ID Card (Front)

ID Card (Back)

Delivery: Self-Assignment System

Claiming Orders

The **Nearby Orders** screen only shows tasks where:

  • The store is within your defined Service Radius.
  • The order is ready for pickup or marked as "Preparing".

Multiple partners see the order; the first to tap Accept Task claims it.

Delivery: The Fulfillment Lifecycle

Claim task in the "Nearby" tab.

2. Pickup

Navigate to Store. Scan Vendor QR.

3. Handover

Navigate to Customer. Scan Customer QR.

Delivery: Service Area Management

Defining your "Order Radar"

In your Profile Settings, you can update your Service Area:

  • GPS Center: Set the lat/lng of your preferred home base.
  • Service Radius: define how far you are willing to travel (e.g., 5km, 10km, 20km).
