AnotherGo - Delete Your Account

Before you proceed, please note: After submitting this request, you will have a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by logging into the app. After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

What will be deleted

Your profile information (name, email, phone number, address)
Your order history and transaction records
Your saved addresses and preferences
Your uploaded photos (profile pictures, product images, documents)
Your royalty/loyalty points balance
Vendor store profile and product listings (if applicable)
Delivery partner profile and verification documents (if applicable)
All active sessions will be signed out immediately

What will be retained

Anonymized transaction records required for legal/tax compliance
Data necessary to fulfill any pending orders (until completed)
